La Barraca?
Que es esto? Making Mediterranean fresh tapas for you is our biggest passion. We were mainly inspired by Spanish tapa.
You can therefore come to us for a tapa with wine or a refreshing cocktail, but certainly also for “La buena mesa”, a richly filled table with good food. We do this in one of Maastricht's most beautiful and historic streets. Together with our chef and our international team, we are daily on our way to the right balance between Mediterranean cuisine and our Burgundian Maastricht.

We would love to look into the opportunity to host you as a group. However, our restaurant is smaller than you might expect;).
We can seat a maximum of 40 people.
Attention! We only have 2 group tables available for a maximum of 5 people. If these tables are still available, our reservation system will automatically indicate this and accept your reservation.

It is not possible to make one long table. However, the group will be divided into several table groups.
Choose the “Group Reservation” option here, and we will contact you as soon as possible to further discuss your wishes. However, we do not reserve groups of this size on Fridays and Saturdays.

Due to limited space, we do not allow dogs.
You are more than welcome to join us up to 7 people. Up to this number of people, we can make one table for you. You can easily reserve a table online for up to 5 people (from 6 people, you can call us). For group reservations, we recommend the La Barraca Menú Sorpresa. This can be adapted to your needs. You can also change your reservation online yourself and possibly cancel your table yourself. At La Barraca, we work with shifts, which you can choose yourself and are then clearly shown in our confirmation email. We ask for your cooperation in this regard. If you are with several people or you want to dine a little longer, we recommend choosing the last shift. Of course, we must comply with the fixed closing time.
First of all, we have a fairly wide choice of vegetarian tapas in our restaurant. Allergies and any dietary requirements can also be indicated when booking online. However, in case of severe allergies, it is important that you take a look at the menu before and, of course, report it to the service on this evening. We do our best to serve our tapas to you as appropriate as possible.
We have a selection of varying Mediterranean tapas on our menu that you can enjoy after work, after shopping, or as a dinner with friends, family or just the two of you. The casual atmosphere associated with eating tapas and drinking tasty wines makes for a pleasant 'Mediterranean' experience together. So our approach is not everyone to have their own plate of food (main course), but to enjoy ordering and sharing some different tapas so that everyone can taste as much as possible. We try to have a full meal on the table with tapas (smaller dishes). Our tapas are sometimes a bit larger than expected and are made to be shared.
If you are with 3, 4, 5 people or more, it is a good idea to consult with the service that you adapt the tapas to the number of people you sit at the table with.
